Terms of Sale and Use

These terms cover buying and using Pet Island ("the app"), sold at petisland.dev by Linker Page Inc., Dover, Delaware, USA ("we", "us"). By buying or using the app you agree to them.

1. What you buy

A license for the Pet Island desktop app: a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
One license works on the number of computers you paid for. You sign in on each computer with the email you bought with. You can add computers later.
You can move a license to a new computer up to 3 times per computer every 30 days. We can reset this for real support cases.
Updates to the app are included for as long as we publish them.
Today the app runs on Windows. Mac and Linux versions are planned; buying now does not promise a release date.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown on petisland.dev in US dollars before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details.

3. Food for street animals

$1 of every computer you buy goes into our food fund. We buy food with it and hand it out to street animals, and we post monthly reports with photos.
This is part of how we spend our revenue. It is not a charitable donation, Pet Island is not a registered charity, and it is not tax deductible.
If a purchase is refunded, its $1 is removed from your kilo counter. We may still keep food that was already bought.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To ask for one, email support@petisland.dev.

5. Using the app

You may install the app on the computers your license covers and use it for personal or commercial work.
Do not share your sign-in, resell or publish your license, and do not try to bypass the license check. We may disable licenses that are shared or abused.
The app connects to AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) on your computer. You decide what the agents may do; the app shows their requests and passes your answers back. You stay responsible for the actions you approve.
Those agents are made by other companies and have their own terms. We are not affiliated with them.

6. Accounts

You can sign in on petisland.dev with email, Google or GitHub to manage your license, computers, feed link and feeders wall entry. Keep your sign-in secure. Entries on the public feeders wall must follow our rules (no links, no ads, nothing hateful); we review and can remove them.

7. Feed link and gifts

If you share your feed link, purchases through it add food in your name and can unlock a gift license. We can change or end this program at any time; gifts already issued stay valid unless they were obtained by abuse.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by actions you approved for an AI agent.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
